5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit of up to ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, the combined total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 20 times (20x). Withdrawal requests may be declined until the bonus conditions are met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are applicable for use on the 9vgo platform only.

5.3 VIP Cashback

9vgo has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 1.0%, and Gold members up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Progression to higher tiers depends on continued active participation on the platform.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

9vgo sets specific minimum and maximum betting limits for each game and market. These limits are clearly displayed on the platform. If incorrect odds or limits are shown due to a technical error, 9vgo reserves the right to cancel those bets.

6.2 Cancelled Bets and Matches

• If a cricket or football match is cancelled or abandoned, the associated bets will be cancelled and the original stakes returned.
• If a connection is lost during a live game, the result of any already confirmed bet will still apply.

Fair Use Policy
